Please fill out the appropriate form (below) before the next LEAF meeting (schedule here), when we will discuss and vote on your request. We encourage you to join us for this discussion. (These monthly meetings run September through May.)
If your request is approved, we will get you a check by the end of the month.
In the case of an expense that LEAF approves in advance, a second form—a reimbursement request, with receipt—will be required before we can reimburse you.
Please note: LEAF does not traditionally fund individual classroom snacks. Generally, we only cover food if it benefits the whole Liberty community (i.e., school-wide events), or our whole faculty (teacher-appreciation meals).
